We offer a wider variety of postnatal programs than anywhere else in the area. You can attend with and without baby, because sometimes you just need some space!
- Baby and Me Yoga, Mondays, 4:15-5:00p with Cami Codell
- Yoga & Strength for Women, led by women's health PT Dana Podell, 7-8p Tuesdays
- Postpartum Support & Embodiment Groups, led by yoga therapist and psychotherapist Kristen Simons, Sundays, 1-2:30 (check events page for dates)
Additionally, our Hatha Basics or Gentle classes will be welcoming to your recovering body. All our teachers are prepared to help you modify according to your current capacity.
